Labour holds all three Wandsworth seats

The Labour Party have held all three Wandsworth constituencies in the 2024 General Election.

First, there’s Battersea which saw  Marsha De Cordova of the Labour Party win with 22,983 votes. She finished above Tom Pridham of the Conservative Party who gained just 10,944, and Francis Chubb from the Liberal Democrats who received just 4,826. Battersea saw a 65% turnout for the election.

Putney’s Labour candidate was Fleur Anderson. With a 68.1% turnout, Anderson received 20,952 votes, ahead of Lee Roberts from the Conservative Party with just 10,011, and Kieren McCarthy from the Liberal Democrats with 5,189.

Finally, there’s Tooting. The constituency saw Labour’s Rosena Allin-Khan with 29,209 votes and by quite a wide margin. In second place, Ethan Brooks from the Conservative Party gained only 9,722 votes. Third was not a Liberal Democrat candidate but Nick Humberstone from the Green Party, trailing behind at 5,672 votes. Tooting saw a similar turnout with 69.85%.

This means an average turnout across Wandsworth of 67.65%.
